What are Hot Water Bottle Networks?
Community groups set up to help Homeless people in cold temperatures by donating Hot Water Bottles - Simple as "Need One, Take One".
The Hot Water Bottles are left as a free service in community locations (Hanging on string, or tied to trees). The communities are further supported by willing vendors to contribute the Hot Water.
